onsemi, formerly ON Semiconductor, is a supplier of intelligent power and sensing technologies headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was spun off from Motorola's Semiconductor Components Group in 1999 and has since focused on automotive and industrial markets, especially electric vehicles, renewable energy and factory automation. onsemi's portfolio includes EliteSiC silicon carbide MOSFETs and diodes, silicon MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, power management and analog ICs, CMOS image sensors for automotive and industrial cameras, and a broad range of diodes and transistors.
